Stay with us in this spacious studio with everything you need for your stay. 

The living room overlooks a quiet street and you can relax on a comfortable 3-seater sofa and, if you wish, enjoy the Smart TV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Movistar, YouTube, etc. account to watch your favourite content. account to watch your favourite content.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need if you want to cook during your stay: Fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils  

When it’s time to rest, there is a 150x200cm double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a 140x190cm bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable rain shower, hairdryer, soap, gel and shampoo. The shower is wheelchair-accessible and the toilet is equipped with a grab bar. We also have a shower chair available upon request, depending on availability.

The door widths are standard; the narrowest has a maximum opening of 68 cm. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have a Wi-Fi connection so you can easily use the internet whether you want to watch a series, share your photos, talk to your family via video call or work when you have no other choice.

There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, so you don’t have to worry about the heat in the summer or the cold in the winter months.

We also offer a complimentary small breakfast so you can grab something to eat before you leave the house. We provide you with a basket of everything you need so you can enjoy it when and where you want. Breakfast includes: Milk, coffee, tea, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The studio is located on the ground floor of the building.
• One of the beds is a double sofa bed 140x190cm.
• Some elements of the furnishings may differ slightly from the photos.
• Surcharges and special conditions may apply for bookings of 3 or more flats. A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• For group bookings and/or high occupancy rates, a damage deposit of €200 per flat is required on arrival. This will be paid in cash and refunded on departure after inspection of the accommodation.
